Description
Precautions
01.Control the Melting Temperature
Do not maintain the adhesive at temperatures above 175°C for extended periods. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures may accelerate adhesive oxidation and carbonization.
02.Keep the Melting Tank Covered
Close the melting tank cover immediately after loading the adhesive blocks to prevent dust and foreign particles from entering the system and causing blockages in the adhesive lines or spray gun.
03.Fine-Tune Melt Viscosity During Production
Adjust the melt viscosity by making fine temperature adjustments during operation to achieve optimal compatibility with spray coating and roller coating processes.
04.Clean Carbon Deposits After Production Shutdown
If carbon deposits form in the melting tank or adhesive hoses after production shutdown, first clean the equipment with paraffin wax or mineral oil, then circulate hot melt adhesive at approximately 120°C through the system for flushing.
Key Benefits
01.Low Viscosity and Excellent Flow for Smooth, Clog-Resistant Spraying
With a low-viscosity formulation of 3,000 cps, OGD-81A provides excellent melt flow and spray atomization. It is compatible with automated spray guns and roller coating processes, making it ideal for continuous high-speed production lines.
02.High Peel Strength for Strong, Durable Bonding
With a peel strength of >20 N/in, OGD-81A provides strong and durable adhesion. It helps minimize delamination and edge lifting after bonding automotive interior materials and multi-layer footwear fabrics.
03.Minimal Stringing for a Clean Finished Surface
The adhesive produces minimal stringing during spray and roller coating, helping prevent adhesive residue on fabric surfaces. This reduces manual cleaning requirements and helps improve production efficiency and finished-product quality.
04.Excellent Oil Penetration Resistance for Demanding Applications
OGD-81A provides resistance to oil and grease penetration, helping maintain stable bonding strength during long-term use in automotive interiors and everyday footwear applications.
05.High-Temperature Resistance for Automotive Interior Applications
With a Ring and Ball Softening Point of 100°C, the adhesive layer is resistant to softening and creep under high-temperature conditions, such as hot vehicle interiors in summer. It meets the high-temperature bonding requirements of automotive interiors while remaining suitable for footwear material lamination.
