Description
Precautions
01. Clean the Substrate Before Application
Thoroughly clean the bonding surfaces before applying the adhesive. Ensure the substrates are clean and free of dust, oil, and other contaminants to achieve reliable bonding.
02. Strictly Control the Application Temperature
Prolonged operation above 180°C may degrade the adhesive and reduce bond strength. Maintain the recommended application temperature of 150–170°C during production.
03. Adjust Application Conditions as Needed
The adhesive open time and setting performance may be affected by adhesive temperature, ambient temperature, coating weight, bonding time, and applied pressure. Fine-tune the operating conditions according to actual production requirements.
04. Prevent High-Temperature Burns
Keep the product out of children's reach. Molten adhesive reaches extremely high temperatures and must not be touched during operation. Wear appropriate protective equipment to prevent thermal burns.
05. First Aid for Burns
In case of a hot melt adhesive burn, immediately immerse or cool the affected area with cold water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention promptly. For complete safety information, refer to the product MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
