Precautions
01.Personal Protective Equipment
Molten adhesive reaches extremely high temperatures. Operators must wear heat-resistant gloves, long-sleeved protective clothing, and a face shield. Short sleeves are prohibited, and direct contact with the melting tank, adhesive hoses, dispensing gun, or other hot components with bare hands is strictly prohibited.
02.Burn Treatment
In case of accidental burns, immediately flush the affected area with plenty of cool running water to reduce the temperature. Do not forcibly remove adhesive from the skin. After initial treatment, seek medical attention promptly at a hospital burn unit.
03.Equipment Safety
Do not open the equipment cover or look directly into the melting tank while the adhesive is being heated and melted. Keep your head and hands away from the adhesive outlet. Do not disassemble heating components while the equipment is operating. Allow the equipment to cool completely before cleaning or maintenance.
04.Workplace Safety
Keep children and unauthorized personnel away from the operating area. Maintain adequate ventilation and keep the work area away from flammable materials such as paper, foam, and fabric to minimize fire risks.
05.Material Management
Keep the adhesive properly sealed and protected from dust and contaminants. Follow the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle. Expired materials must be clearly segregated and disposed of properly to prevent adhesive aging from affecting bonding performance.
