Precautions
01.High-Temperature Protection
Molten adhesive reaches extremely high temperatures. Wear appropriate heat-resistant protective equipment throughout the operation to prevent thermal burns.
02.Seal the Melting Tank After Loading
Close and seal the melting tank immediately after adding the adhesive to prevent dust and impurities from contaminating the adhesive.
03.Remove Carbon Deposits Regularly
For carbon deposits in the melting tank or hoses, first soak and clean the affected components with paraffin wax or mineral oil, then circulate hot melt adhesive at 135°C through the adhesive lines for thorough flushing.
04.Do Not Mix with Other Hot Melt Adhesives
Do not melt or use OGD-111A together with hot melt adhesives intended for paper products, filters, or EPE foam, as mixing may compromise its cushioning and shock-absorbing performance.
05.Proper Material Storage
