Description
Precautions
01. Do Not Mix with Other Adhesives
Do not mix OGD-A6090 with adhesives of other grades or types, as mixing may cause adhesive failure or performance degradation.
02. Keep the Melting Tank Covered During Production
Keep the melting tank covered and sealed throughout production to prevent dust and foreign particles from entering, which may cause nozzle clogging or poor bonding performance.
03. Follow High-Temperature Safety Procedures
Molten hot melt adhesive reaches extremely high temperatures. Operators must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the application process to prevent thermal burns.
04. Store Separately in a Designated Area
Store the product separately in a clean, designated area away from potential contamination sources to support the cleanliness and environmental requirements of hygiene product manufacturing.
Key Benefits
01.100% Solids and Solvent-Free for Cleaner Production
With 100% solids content and a solvent-free formulation, OGD-A6090 features low odor and no irritating volatile substances, supporting the cleanliness and environmental requirements of hygiene product manufacturing.
02.High Cohesive Strength for Delamination-Resistant Bonding
Excellent cohesive strength provides firm bonding between nonwoven fabrics and PE films, helping prevent delamination and peeling under stretching, compression, and other mechanical stresses.
03.Excellent Melt Flow for High-Speed Production Lines
The adhesive melts smoothly and uniformly, providing stable adhesive output for automated high-speed lamination lines in the hygiene products industry and supporting efficient continuous production.
04.Optimized for Hygiene Product Substrates
The formulation is optimized for nonwoven fabrics and PE films, providing balanced initial tack and final bonding strength to help address common adhesive failure issues in hygiene material lamination.
05.Easy and Stable Use Management
Following the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle helps maintain consistent adhesive performance during storage. Simple process control supports stable production and helps improve finished-product yield.
