Description
Precautions
01. Clean the Substrate Surface Before Application
Remove dust, oil, and other contaminants from the bonding surface before application to ensure a clean and dry substrate for reliable adhesion.
02. Strictly Control the Heating Temperature
Avoid prolonged operation above 180°C, as excessive heat exposure may cause adhesive degradation and significantly reduce bonding strength.
03. Follow High-Temperature Safety Procedure
Molten adhesive reaches extremely high temperatures. Do not touch the adhesive directly with bare hands, and keep the product away from children.
04. First Aid for Burns
In case of accidental burns, immediately immerse the affected area in cool water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention when necessary.
05. Refer to the MSDS
For complete safety requirements and product performance information, refer to the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) of this product.
Key Benefits
01. Dual-Process Compatibility for Flexible Equipment Integration
Compatible with automated spray coating and slot-die/knife coating equipment, providing flexible application options for both existing and new packaging production lines.
02. Clear Temperature Control for Reduced Material Waste
A defined application temperature range helps reduce the risk of thermal degradation and associated bonding performance loss caused by excessive heating.
03. Adjustable Processing for Different Production Speeds
Open time and setting time can be adjusted according to ambient conditions and production speed, supporting both small-batch production and high-speed automated lines.
04. Stable Long-Term Storage for Efficient Inventory Management
With a shelf life of up to 24 months when properly sealed and stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, the adhesive supports long-term inventory planning.
05. Standardized Safety Procedures for High-Temperature Operation
Clear high-temperature handling and burn-response procedures, together with MSDS safety documentation, support standardized safety management during production.
