Description
Precautions
01.Control the Melting Temperature
Do not maintain the adhesive temperature above 175°C for extended periods. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures may accelerate adhesive aging and reduce bonding flexibility.
02.Remove the Release Paper Before Melting
Remove the outer white release paper before loading the adhesive blocks. Never place the adhesive blocks into the melting tank with the release paper attached, as foreign particles may cause spray gun clogging.
03.Control the Adhesive Application Amount
When spray coating coconut fiber substrates, properly control the adhesive application amount. Excessive adhesive penetration may affect the breathability of the fiber material.
04.Allow Sufficient Setting Time Before Stacking
After spray coating and lamination, allow the bonded materials to fully set before stacking. Applying pressure before the adhesive has set may cause substrate shifting.
05.Filter the Melting Tank Daily
Filter impurities from the melting tank at the end of each production day to reduce the risk of spray gun clogging.
Key Benefits
01.Optimized for Coconut Fiber with Excellent Substrate Penetration
The high-tack formulation provides excellent wetting and penetration into the pores of coconut fiber, creating strong bonding between fiber layers and helping prevent delamination and fiber shedding under repeated compression.
02.High Initial Tack for Rapid Positioning on Production Lines
With an initial tack of >20 lb copper ball, the adhesive quickly secures substrates immediately after spray application and compression, reducing the need for extended holding time and supporting high-speed automated production lines for coconut fiber mattresses and pocket spring mattresses.
03.Minimal Stringing for Better Breathability and Surface Appearance
Stable melt flow and leveling provide clean spray application with minimal stringing. The adhesive helps prevent excess adhesive filaments from blocking fiber pores, maintaining good breathability in coconut fiber mattress materials.
04.Excellent Oil Penetration Resistance for Long-Term Bedding Performance
The adhesive resists penetration from body sweat and oils, helping maintain stable bonding strength during long-term use and extending the service life of mattress products.
05.Multi-Substrate Compatibility for Flexible Mattress Production
In addition to coconut fiber lamination, OGD-43A can bond pocket springs, nonwoven fabrics, plastics, and paper products, enabling flexible production of different mattress components on the same production line.
