Description
Precautions
01. Use Separately
Do not mix or melt this adhesive together with other adhesive grades, as mixing may affect adhesive properties and bonding performance.
02. Keep the Melting Tank Covered
Keep the melting tank covered during operation to help prevent dust and foreign particles from entering the adhesive, which may cause nozzle blockage or affect application performance.
03. High-Temperature Safety
Molten adhesive is hot and may cause burns. Operators must wear appropriate heat-resistant personal protective equipment (PPE) during handling and operation.
04. Separate Storage
In case of accidental burns, immediately immerse the affected area in cool water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention when necessary.
05. Refer to the MSDS
Store this adhesive separately from other hot melt adhesive grades to prevent accidental mixing or misuse.
Key Benefits
01. Low-Temperature Melting for Film Substrates
With a Ring and Ball Softening Point of 75 ± 5°C, OGD-A6041 offers low-temperature melting characteristics suitable for bubble films and label films, helping reduce the risk of heat-related substrate deformation.
02.100% Solids and Solvent-Free Formulation
The fully solid formulation contains no solvents, supporting clean processing without solvent evaporation and making it suitable for packaging-related production environments.
03. Designed for Bubble Mailers and Label Applications
Formulated for soft cushioning films and self-adhesive label substrates, the adhesive provides reliable bonding for bubble mailer lamination and label applications.
04. Smooth Melt Flow for Stable Processing
Its smooth and uniform melt flow, together with a covered melting tank, helps reduce the risk of nozzle blockage and supports consistent adhesive application during continuous production.
05. Stable Storage with Simple Inventory Management
Following proper storage conditions and first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management helps maintain stable melting and bonding performance during storage.
