Description
Precautions
01.Control the Melting Temperature: Do not maintain the adhesive temperature above 165°C for extended periods. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures may accelerate adhesive aging and reduce bonding durability.
02.Keep the Melting Tank Covered: Close the melting tank lid promptly after loading the adhesive to prevent dust and other contaminants from entering. Follow proper cleaning procedures to remove minor contamination and carbon deposits from the adhesive lines.
03.Fine-Tune the Application Temperature: Adjust the application temperature according to the substrate combination and coating method to maintain stable melt viscosity and consistent application performance.
04.For complete safety requirements and physical and chemical parameters, please refer to the product MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
Key Benefits
01.Multi-Substrate Compatibility for Complete Cosmetic Mirror Assembly
Provides strong bonding to glass mirror surfaces, metal frames, wooden back panels, paper liners, and nonwoven fabrics, allowing one adhesive to meet the bonding needs of multiple mirror components.
02.Good Initial Tack for Secure Positioning
With an initial tack of >15# steel ball, the adhesive provides immediate positioning after bonding, helping prevent substrate shifting during continuous assembly-line production.
03.Strong Cohesive Strength for Durable Bonding
Its balanced cohesive strength provides long-lasting adhesion, helping prevent mirror detachment and back-panel delamination during extended storage and use.
04.Smooth Application with Minimal Stringing for a Clean Finish
Excellent melt flow enables smooth dispensing and roller coating with minimal stringing, helping maintain clean and attractive assembly joints.
05.Good Resistance to Oil Penetration
Provides resistance to the effects of minor oil and grease exposure, helping maintain stable bonding strength during long-term use.
