I. Precautions
1. Do not maintain the melting temperature at the 160°C upper limit for extended periods; prolonged high temperatures will cause the adhesive to age and become brittle, and thick books stored long-term may develop spine cracking.
2. Close the tank lid promptly after feeding pellets into the glue pot; paper scraps and dust falling in will form hard raised particles on the spine surface, affecting the appearance of the finished product.
3. When binding 160–200 gsm coated paper, appropriately reduce the equipment running speed to ensure the adhesive fully penetrates the paper fibers.
4. Allow finished bound products to fully cure before stacking and trimming; pressure applied before setting may cause book block shifting and spine deformation.
5. For extended equipment shutdowns, it is recommended to empty the glue pot to reduce carbon deposits caused by continuous oxidation of the adhesive at constant temperature.
II. Core Advantages
1. Ultra-high initial tack for instant positioning of pocket springs: With excellent initial tack of > No. 20 ball, the pocket fabric is fixed immediately after spray lamination, eliminating long dwell times on the line — suitable for high-speed automated assembly lines of pocketed spring mattresses.
2. High-viscosity pressure sensitive formulation, vibration-resistant without delamination: The 9,000 cP high-viscosity system retains pressure sensitive tack after curing; under long-term loading and frequent vibration of the mattress, the spring pocket fabric remains firmly bonded without debonding or loosening.
3. Stringing-free coating for clean finished products: Stable melt flow levels evenly, with no stringing or fine adhesive filaments during spray gun application, avoiding unwanted adhesion between pockets and preserving mattress elasticity and appearance.
4. Oil penetration resistance for long-term bedding use: Resists penetration and erosion by human sweat and oils; bond strength does not decay rapidly over long-term use, extending mattress service life.
5. Multi-substrate versatility, one line for multiple auxiliary materials: Besides non-woven fabric for pocketed springs, it can also be used for lamination of paper, wood, plastic, and non-woven materials — factories need not stock multiple adhesive types, simplifying material management.
