Description
I. Precautions
01. Preheat the melting unit before use, strictly and precisely control the melting temperature and glue application speed during production, and never operate at excessive temperatures. Turn off the power promptly when the equipment is not in use to prevent long-term high-temperature aging and failure of the adhesive.
02. Complete all bonding and setting processes within the open time of the adhesive. After bonding, clamp and fix the workpieces promptly and allow natural cooling to room temperature to ensure firm and stable bonding.
03. Operating temperatures are high; the melting equipment and molten adhesive reach extremely high temperatures. Never touch the equipment or adhesive with bare hands during operation. Full safety protective equipment must be worn to prevent high-temperature burns.
04. Keep the work area well ventilated and away from open flames and high-temperature equipment to avoid fire hazards.
05. Keep molten adhesive away from eyes and skin. In case of skin contact, immediately rinse and soak the affected area with continuous cold water. After cooling, remove the adhered adhesive, wipe the reddened area with silicone oil, and seek medical attention promptly. Refer to the product's Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for detailed safety information.
06. Bonding results are significantly affected by operating temperature, equipment parameters, and substrate surface treatment. For difficult-to-bond substrates such as coated, painted, or special leather surfaces, conduct a small-scale trial before mass production to confirm bonding performance.
II. Core Advantages
1. Dedicated PA system with outstanding oil and high-temperature resistance: The high-performance PA formulation features a softening point as high as 180°C, withstanding high-temperature processing and service conditions while offering excellent resistance to grease penetration, effectively countering the effects of leather oils and production additives for long-lasting bonding.
2. High tack and high peel strength for excellent leather bonding: Strong initial tack, high peel strength after curing, and sufficient cohesive strength ensure firm bonding on smooth, difficult-to-bond leather and PU leather substrates — resistant to debonding, delamination, and peeling, and suitable for the high-frequency flexing and stretching conditions of leather shoe materials.
3. Excellent aging resistance for durable finished products: The adhesive performs stably with good aging and wear resistance, resisting embrittlement and debonding over long-term use, significantly extending the service life of leather shoe material products and reducing after-sales defect rates.
4. Dual-process compatibility for efficient automated mass production: Compatible with both spray and roller coating processes, with stable melt flow, even application, and no stringing — suitable for high-speed automated shoe material production lines, delivering high efficiency and clean finished products.
5. Highly targeted for leather-specific applications: Customized for leather and PU leather shoe materials, it solves the common problems of conventional hot melt adhesives — weak bonding, poor oil resistance, and poor high-temperature resistance on leather substrates — and adapts to various leather shoe material lamination requirements.
