I. Precautions
01. Follow the zone temperature settings during production: strictly distinguish between the glue tank temperature and the roller temperature, and avoid overall high temperatures to prevent long-term thermal degradation of the adhesive. Turn off the heating power promptly when the line is shut down.
02. Complete the lamination operation within the open time of the adhesive. After roll pressing, allow sufficient cooling and setting before subsequent processing.
03. The molten adhesive and equipment surfaces are at high temperatures; never touch hot parts with bare hands during operation. Wear proper protection to prevent burns.
04. Keep the work area ventilated and away from open flames and heat sources. If molten adhesive contacts the skin, immediately soak and rinse with cold water, then treat after cooling and seek medical attention promptly. For complete safety instructions, refer to the MSDS.
05. Impurities and oil contamination on the woven substrate surface directly affect adhesion. Clean the substrate before mass production; for special surfaces, always conduct a small-scale trial first to confirm water resistance and bonding results before full-scale production.
