I. Precautions
1.Thoroughly clean the surface of the substrates before gluing to remove dust, oil, and impurities, ensuring the substrates are clean and dry for a strong and stable bond.
2.Strictly control the operating temperature, with application recommended in the range. Prolonged operation above the temperature limit is strictly prohibited to prevent adhesive degradation and aging, which can cause a drop in bond strength.
3.The open time and curing effect of the adhesive are influenced by adhesive temperature, ambient temperature, coating amount, bonding pressure, and bonding time, and can be flexibly fine-tuned according to actual production line conditions.
4.The molten adhesive is at a high temperature; bare-hand contact with the adhesive and high-temperature equipment is strictly prohibited during operation to avoid high-temperature burns.
5.Keep the operating site ventilated and store the product out of reach of children. In case of accidental burns, immediately soak the affected area in cold water for more than ten minutes and seek medical attention promptly. Detailed safety parameters can be found in the MSDS.
