Description
Precautions
01.Control the Melting Temperature
The adhesive should not be maintained at temperatures above 180°C for extended periods. Prolonged exposure to excessive heat may reduce the flexibility of the adhesive layer, increasing the risk of delamination after fabric lamination.
02.Remove the Release Paper Before Melting
Remove the outer white release paper before loading the adhesive blocks. Do not place the adhesive blocks into the melting tank together with the release paper, as it may introduce contaminants and cause spray nozzle clogging.
03.Control the Adhesive Application Amount
When spraying mesh substrates, properly control the adhesive coating weight to prevent excessive adhesive penetration, which may affect the appearance of the mesh fabric.
04.Allow Sufficient Setting Time Before Winding or Stacking
After spray coating and fabric lamination, allow the bonded materials to fully set before winding or stacking. Applying pressure before the adhesive has sufficiently set may cause substrate shifting.
05.Filter the Melting Tank Regularly
Filter contaminants from the melting tank daily to minimize spray nozzle clogging caused by fine particles and ensure stable equipment operation.
Key Benefits
01.Low Viscosity and Excellent Sprayability for Automated Mattress Production
With a low-viscosity system of 1,470 cps, OGD-41A provides excellent melt flow and uniform spray atomization. It enables smooth, continuous spraying with reduced risk of nozzle clogging, making it ideal for high-speed automated mattress lamination lines.
02.Short Open Time for Continuous Lamination
With an open time of 5–8 seconds, OGD-41A supports fast-paced continuous lamination processes. Immediate compression after adhesive application quickly establishes a stable bond, helping improve mattress fabric lamination efficiency and production capacity.
03.Excellent Initial Tack and Long-Term Holding Power
Strong initial tack enables quick positioning without substrate shifting during compression. Excellent long-term holding power and resistance to oil and grease penetration help minimize adhesive failure, edge lifting, and delamination during extended mattress use.
04.Minimal Stringing for Clean Mesh Fabric Appearance
Stable melt flow and leveling performance provide clean spray application with minimal stringing and adhesive residue. The adhesive helps prevent clogging of the openings in 3D mesh fabrics, preserving their breathability and maintaining a clean finished appearance.
05.Release-Paper-Wrapped Blocks for Clean and Convenient Loading
Each adhesive block is individually wrapped with release paper to prevent blocks from sticking together during storage. No cutting is required before use—simply remove the release paper and load the adhesive directly into the melting tank, helping reduce dust and contamination.
