This product is a moisture-curing reactive PUR polyurethane hot melt adhesive, a white solid that is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. It supports roll coating, spraying, and spot application, specifically designed for flat lamination of solid wood boards, density boards, fireproof boards with PVC, PET, and acrylic films. It offers excellent initial tack, sufficient open time, and stable melt viscosity; after moisture cross-linking and curing, it achieves high bond strength, superior water and weather resistance, making it ideal for automated furniture board wrapping production lines.
