Description
I. Precautions
1. The molten adhesive is at high temperatures; high-temperature resistant protective gear must be worn during operation to avoid burns.
2. Do not mix this adhesive with other models of hot melt adhesives to prevent performance degradation.
3. Store away from children to prevent accidental contact or ingestion.
4. Refer to the corresponding MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for complete safety specifications.
II. Core Advantages
1. Multi-substrate versatility, wide range of applications: One adhesive is compatible with three common substrates — paper, wood, and non-woven fabric — for carton sealing, wooden accessory bonding, and non-woven lamination, reducing the variety of adhesive stock in factories.
2. Low softening point, lower melting energy consumption: With a softening point of only 74°C, it melts fully in the 160–175°C range, reducing the heating load on equipment and saving electricity costs in long-term production.
3. Generous operating time, high tolerance: With an open time of 10–15 seconds and a setting time of 15–20 seconds, both manual alignment and machine fine-tuning have ample time, reducing misalignment and weak-bond defect rates.
4. Good flowability, even coating: With a viscosity of 1,900 cP at 170°C, it melts smoothly for both spray and knife coating, without caking or nozzle clogging — stable for both thin and thick coating applications.
5. Non-toxic and environmentally friendly, suitable for multiple packaging categories: Non-toxic with no pungent odor, suitable for food, daily-use, and light industrial packaging, meeting environmental control standards for consumer packaging.
