Precautions
01. Temperature Control
Do not operate continuously above 180°C for extended periods, as prolonged exposure to high temperatures may accelerate adhesive aging and affect tamper-evident sealing performance.
02. Remove the Release Paper Before Melting
Remove the outer white release paper before feeding the adhesive into the melting tank. Do not place the release paper into the tank, as foreign material may cause nozzle or coating equipment blockage.
03. Adjust Temperature According to Line Speed
Fine-tune the application temperature according to the coating machine's operating speed to maintain smooth and consistent adhesive transfer.
04. Allow Sufficient Cooling Before Rewinding
After coating and lamination, allow the adhesive layer to cool and set sufficiently before rewinding to help prevent adhesive layer displacement and poor transfer.
05. Refer to the MSDS
Store this adhesive separately from other hot melt adhesive grades to prevent accidental mixing or misuse.
